Like a real owl, the bird's head can rotate 270 degrees (but the body is fixed).
The technique used is the traditional lost wax casting: I sculpt a prototype in a hard wax, then give it to the foundry to get it cast. I finish with the welding and polishing.

Le pendentif est façonné manuellement dans mon atelier. L'élément en porcelaine est cuit à deux reprises (jusqu'à 1240°), et émaillé pour résister aux salissures.
